This page describes the AI assistant Nuclosian in the Nuclos Workspace offer from Novabit Informationssysteme GmbH. It is for orientation for customers and prospects. It is not legal advice and not a certificate of conformity.
Which AI system?
Nuclosian is an assistant in Nuclos Webclient 5 configuration mode. It is part of the Nuclos Workspace offer. It proposes configuration changes (for example to metadata, rules, or layouts) and works with tools and a connected language model.
Nuclos Workspace is the environment for modelling and self-build. Nuclosian is the assistant feature inside it, not a separate chat product beside the ERP.
Purpose
Nuclosian is intended to support authorised configurators (access matching configuration mode / superuser) with ERP configuration.
Write changes to configuration are applied only after human review and confirmation (preview / diff and Apply, or an equivalent approval step).
Not intended for
In this form, Nuclosian is not intended for:
- automated decisions about natural persons in HR or recruitment without human approval in a process designed for that purpose
- creditworthiness assessment or comparable scoring decisions about natural persons
- biometric recognition or emotion recognition
- autonomous agents that run productive ERP operations without human confirmation
If you build your own processes on Nuclos for such purposes, classification and responsibility for that use sit with you as the operator.

Human oversight
- Proposals can be corrected or discarded.
- Persistence only after confirmation (diff / Apply).
- Rights and tenant follow the signed-in person.
- Calls and results are logged where provided in your installation.
Language model and data
The language model may run in the cloud or locally, depending on agreement and configuration. Optional field masking may be available. Details on data protection are in our privacy notices and customer privacy information.
MCP and custom clients
The same tool layer may be available to developers as Nuclos MCP. If you provide your own AI clients or apps under your name, further obligations may apply to that system. That is distinct from Nuclosian as a product.
