Certification & inspection
ZWP Anlagenrevision manages inspection projects digitally, from deployment planning to inspection reports, with transparent resource control and audit-ready documentation.
For certification and inspection companies, Nuclos digitizes inspection projects from deployment planning to report creation. Transparent workflows, efficient resource control, and audit-ready documentation are central.
Nuclos adapts flexibly to our inspection business and combines a supported system with in-house development.
ZWP Anlagenrevision GmbH is an accredited inspection laboratory and a subsidiary of TÜV Saarland, based in Beckingen. The company carries out inspection projects for lighting and power poles, traffic systems, pipelines, and playgrounds. Scheduling inspection deployments, managing personnel and vehicle assignments, and producing audit-ready inspection reports placed demands on the IT environment that no standard software could meet. Before Nuclos, ZWP relied on separate CRM and accounting island solutions. Data redundancy and limited cross-process visibility were the result.
Nuclos integrates scheduling, workforce and vehicle planning, and document management in one system adapted to inspection business workflows. A trade template provided the starting point, covering order management, warehouse functions, and a DATEV accounting interface. From this base, ZWP developed industry-specific extensions for inspection projects. Email correspondence, attachments, and documents are linked directly to the relevant order. Inspection reports are unambiguously assigned to their respective projects. Historical data was migrated to the new system with the original data structure preserved.
Inspection deployment planning is transparent, resources are managed efficiently, and all documents are stored in an audit-ready structure. ZWP benefits from a system that combines vendor-supported maintenance with the ability to extend functionality in-house, without dependence on a rigid standard product.
