ISD built CRM on the Nuclos platform it already used for ERP. Sales from first contact to order runs in one environment, go-live in two months.
Service companies connect CRM, sales, and project management on Nuclos. Fast implementation and easy extensibility create end-to-end processes.
After comparing established CRM vendors, we quickly chose Nuclos. Implementation from the requirements document to go-live took only two months.
ISD Industrie Service für Datenverarbeitung GmbH in Ludwigshafen, with around 150 employees, already used Nuclos for ERP. The company needed CRM to cover the full sales value chain from first contact to order. A leading proprietary CRM vendor was evaluated but failed: repeated system crashes, missing interfaces to the existing ERP, and a high customizing effort ruled it out. ISD needed a solution that shared the same environment as the existing ERP, kept data in one place, and could be brought into productive use quickly.
A CRM application was built directly on the existing Nuclos platform, using the same data and interface environment the team already knew. Customer history, activities, lead conversion, and the opportunity-to-quote process are all linked within a single system. Sales teams plan and document each step along the sales pipeline. Marketing campaigns can be targeted using customer segments defined within the same data, without synchronizing between separate CRM and ERP systems.
IT and business teams became productive faster because no new environment had to be learned. Implementation from the requirements document to go-live took two months. There are no data silos between CRM and ERP; campaign targeting works without additional synchronization steps or integration middleware.
